Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, working closely with physicians, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Perform patient education and counseling on health management and disease prevention
- Supervise and collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Advocate for patients and ensure safety and comfort prevention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare settings
