Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals facing physical, mental, or developmental challenges. Your aim is to enhance patients’ independence in daily activities and improve their overall quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ abilities and challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments and patient needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including skill-building activities and adaptive techniques.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to improve daily living skills and the use of assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
